OUR PODCAST IS DOING WHAT?! (Clickbait title)

Greetings, various individuals of the Internet! We have reached the end of the year, which means it’s time to reflect on all the good and bad we’ve experienced, learn from our mistakes and the lessons from 2018, and overall be a better person—

Actually, I’m lying. We’ve done none of that. But we have some cool updates for the new year!

As you may be well aware, we are entering our second year as a podcast, and boy have things changed since we’ve first started— Mostly our ability to edit an episode and learning how to use a mixer appropriately so we’re not accidentally recording through the webcam on our laptop (long story but the question always gets asked whether Audacity is set to USB audio instead of default).

With that though, we’re going to be delving into some new topics this year (not solely focused on gaming and geekery), plus we have some pretty cool YouTube content planned out once we can round everyone up for more than hour at a time. Yes, we are still trying to plan a DnD/Pathfinder stream. Yes, we want to do a video series on tabletop miniatures. We’ll also be doing group streams to work on Cosplays for upcoming events, along with IRLing Cons we attend next year. We have an idea of where we think we may travel to, but those details will become available throughout the year as things are set.

Also, we’re tentatively scheduled to start a new segment each month called The Free Rotation: After Dark, where we take a look at more salacious topics outside the debauchery we carry each week as it is. It’ll be available on your normal listening devices.

We will also try to update the website with new information each week with some of the things we’re planning, plus a very special series from Angie chronicling our previous DnD Campaign for Sktizy and the Chicken Wings!

Finally, thanks to everyone who helped us reach Affiliate with Twitch this year. It was a big step in moving forward with content, so we hope that as we grow, you all continue to support us. A $4.99 subscription goes a long way to helping out the podcast, and we will be streaming new content in the coming new year with hopefully a more consistent schedule.
